Apartments overlooking very big garden in the best area in Egypt which is Maadi Sarayat. Maadi Sarayat is favorite area for foreigners in Egypt as it is very secure and a lot of green area and villas. Our building is located in the best place in Maadi with a huge garden in front of it. The best constructions materials are used to build these apartments were receptions are made of Italian white marbles; best woods are used for kitchens. The apartments can be rented furnished or semi-furnished. The building is in embassies area making the area very quiet and secure. Big brands supermarkets, groceries, butchers, flowers sellers…etc are walking distance from the building. Also the world Golds Gym is 5 min walking. There is Maadi club for adults and children which is also 10 min walking. The building has excellent facilities for families including wireless ADSL, many securities guards, and electronic gates. All the existing residents in the building are foreigners with their families.
