This classy apartment is a 155 m2 area and has 3 bedrooms (wood floor), 3 piece reception, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, a balcony and a car garage in the basement. It is recently fully furnished complete with split air-conditions, telephone and satellite receiver . The apartment is in the ground floor with a private garden view. Unfortunately it is not located in the centre of Heliopolis but 7 minutes to both the centre, Sheraton Heliopolis and Abbas Alakad street in Nasr City. Groceries and pharmacies are around with home delivery too. The apartment is only 10 minutes by car to Cairo Airport.The building is only 4 floors and there is a large private yard for parking in front of the building and there are also large private garden for the children. The apartment is provided with white elegant iron facade and the building has 24 hours concierge.



The apartment is very nice and would be ideal for non citizen families who work in either Heliopolis/Sheraton Heliopolis/Nasr City and wish to live off-crowd.
