Overview

Situated on the 8th floor, the apartment is breezy, very clean and cozy. It is tastefully furnished and fully equipped (refrigerator, microwave, washing machine,fans, air conditioning in one bedroom, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, iron and ironing board etc.) With two large bedrooms (4 beds each 120 cm wide and an additional sofabed), it can comfortably accomodate 4 adults and a child. The bedrooms have hardwood floors and spacious built-in closets. Each bedroom has a balcony overlooking the sea. The living room window also looks out directly on the Mediterranean, and living room, dining and corridor floors are marble tile. Satellite TV, a VCR, two phone lines, free dial up internet connection, ceiling & moveable fans, one A/C unit.

The building is situated in one of the city's most elegant neighbourhoods (San Stefano), and is 3 Km away from the Sidi Gaber Train Station, 20 km from the 'Al Nozha' international airport, 60 km from 'Borg Al Arab' international airport, 9 km from downtown Alexandria, and 10 km from the city's entrance. There are 2 elevators, and two doormen to the building, which is conveniently located across the street from Alexandria's newest and most modern tourist complex housing 10 movie theatres, a supermarket open 24 hrs all days of the week (with home delivery service), restaurants - and much more.
