Some helpful hints for using Travel Library
Destination Research
From the home page, click on the Destinations link at the top of the page. From there, you can explore featured locations or search for a specific
destination. Once you reach the country or city of your choice, you will see lots of information about the area, things to do, and other important features.
Ways to Explore
Know you want to stay in a hotel? Select the Hotels link in the top navigation bar, then choose your destination of choice to find hotel options and rates, read traveller reviews and learn more about a hotel’s features.
Interested in a vacation rental or small inn? Select Accommodations and browse by destination.
Don't know much about the destination? Visit our Destinations section to learn more.
Prefer to use Search? You’ll find a Search box in the upper right-hand corner of every page. Be as specific as possible in your search request. For example, if you are looking for accommodation in New York, you might search for "New York Hotel", whereas simply searching for "New York" will bring up all our guides and services listed for New York. The more precisely you describe the service or destination that you are looking for, the more accurate the results from your search should be.
Travel Library Submissions
Travel Library actively encourages its users to submit their reviews, experiences and thoughts as freely as possible, providing our community of
travellers access to genuinely practical and independent travel information. It is a condition of the Travel Library's submissions policy that users do not
post any unlawful, abusive, libellous, obscene, defamatory, pornographic or otherwise harmful information. Posts must not contain harassing or offensive language,
including sexual references, racial slurs or any other deliberately inflammatory comments or suggestions.
All submissions are manually checked by our team of travel editors prior to their inclusion on the Travel Library website. We aim to post all accepted submissions within 48 hours.

Travelogues
To submit your travel stories, adventures and experiences, go to the country your travelogue is about on the Destinations section. You will see
other travelogues by fellow users and a link that says “Add a Travelogue”. Click that button and begin your submission.
You are required to submit a title that most accurately describes your experience. Try and make this as catchy as possible, as this will be the first thing people read to decide whether they want to read your travelogue.
Once submitted, your travelogue will be manually checked by one of our travel editors to ensure that it meets our submissions policy. Approved submissions usually go live within 48 hours of submission, and you will receive an email as confirmation that your submission has been approved. Once approved, the travelogue will be listed within the Destinations section that you selected.
Hotels
To rate or review a particular hotel, select the hotel listing that you would like to rate and enter your review and comments in the Hotel Submission box at the bottom of the page.
To make your comments more meaningful for our other users, we request that you select your Age Group and Type of Traveller from the list or options provided. It is important to stress that this information will not be used for marketing purposes, but rather is intended as a means for our users to evaluate your review in the context of their particular travel needs. For example, the expectations of a young backpacker at a particular hotel may be radically different to that of a 50-something business traveller, and thus we feel such a qualification is helpful for our users.
